The SuperLife Lab Entertainment and Leisure Complex

The SuperLife Lab is a projected Entertainment and Leisure Complex. It is located in the City of Espoo, Finland, at the heart of the Helsinki Capital Region. Helsinki Capital Region has about 1,2 million inhabitants at present. It is estimated that by year 2025 there will be 1,5 million residents in the region. At the same time Espoo will have nearly 300 000 inhabitants.

SuperLife Lab is located in Leppävaara, which is one of the fastest growing local centres in the Helsinki Capital Region. It is estimated that the number of inhabitants in the local area grow by 1 000 annually for the next decade.

The location of the site is ideal: it is at the crossroads of a busy intersection of the Ring Road I and train and bus terminal, which makes it easy to reach by all modes of transport. Only a few hundred metres from the SuperLife Lab is the third largest Shopping Centre in Scandinavia, Sello, (with a total floor area of about 100 000 square metres and 160 shops and restaurants). A modern race course, golf training centre and a golf course are also located in the vicinity, complementing the leisure and entertainment activities offered by SuperLife Lab.

SuperLife Lab Concept

The concept of the SuperLife Lab -project is to develop, design, market and realize the new mixed-use formula of Entertainment, Leisure and Retail Complex, as described in our slogan: “SuperLife Lab - The most desirable way of spending active, inspirational and high quality free-time in northern Europe ”

The content of the project is as follows:

3. Multi-use Arena (Exhibitions, Shows, Concerts, Events)
4. Hotel (350 rooms approximately)
5. Cineplex (12 cinemas and IMAX-theatre as optional)
6. SuperLife Lab –Shops and Restaurants
7. Parking for 1 200 cars approximately
