Evata to acquire architectural company Avaruus
Architectural and consulting company Evata Finland has acquired architectural company Avaruus. Avaruus has experience in offices and workplace design as well as restaurant interior design. The deal expands Evata’s ability to offer real estate services that will benefit its customers business.
“With the acquisition of Avaruus, Evata is taking another step to strengthen its workplace and interior design offerings. The know-how of Avaruus enables us to improve the quality of our service especially in restaurant design and workplace transformation services”, says Evata Finland CEO Mr. Vesa Olkkola.
The CEO of Avaruus, Mrs. Anna Tuominen, will lead the interior design team of Evata Finland. She believes the customers of Avaruus will benefit the leading-edge expertise and integrated approach provided by Evata. Adds Tuominen: “The knowledge and experience of Avaruus opens new business opportunies to Evata and allows us together form effective teams to serve our customers even better.”
