Espoo city planning board handled the detail action plan of SuperLife Lab –entertainment complex on its meeting on Wednesday 14th February. It has decided to recommended the ratification of the plan to Espoo city board. The ratification of the detail action plan would enable the realization of this entertainment & leisure complex in Leppävaara, one of the fastest growing local centers in the city of Espoo. The complex will for its part strenghen and complete the services and identity of Leppävaara and its surroundings as the place for entertainment and recreation. The size of the project will be 98 500 square metres.

Evata Development has signed pre-contracts with all these key operators.
In addition, Evata has planned to build other sports facilities such as a running track and tennis and beach volley courts on the roof of the building.

“Our aim was to gather a group of leading operators in their respective fields into SuperLife Lab. I’m glad to say this has now happened. The SuperLife Lab in Espoo will be unique place even in European scale. It will attract visitors from the Helsinki Capital Region, as well as tourists from abroad, around the year to spend active leisure time and enjoy the attractions SuperLife Lab has to offer: water sports, movies, skiing, snowboarding and climbing, for example”, says Heikki Mäkinen, Managing Director of Evata Development Oy.
